Al speling misteaks aer all mi own werk..
Its not just how good your painting is, its how good the touch-ups are too.

I've built two so far and both have issues with regard to upper/lower wing alignment!
Your Tiggie is beginning to look the part now; very nice scheme
Best wishes

Thanks at least I know it's not just me!
I had the same issue with the Airfix Swordfish and I seriously had a major break from the hobby after that one...
Hopefully looking to rig today but I'd be lying if I said I was looking forward to it. I'm pondering using a heated blade to remove the jigs from the outer struts. From there I should know how strongly connected (or not).

I've completed the rigging tonight which wasn't too painful.

I'm going to declare this a completion...quite a rarity with me and GB's these days! :ha:
I only did a basic bit of rigging in the end as I was too scared of breaking anything else.
This is a great little kit although as seen during my build Airfix did use a very brittle plastic that is not very forgiving of those of us who are a little ham-fisted. I will definitely build more though as I'm quite happy with the finished results (repaired struts and all!)
