It's definitely boat-shaped....

..that's a good sign 8-)
Yes!, but I still have to check which end is which!!, not very pointy either end!.
Obviously designed for escaping quickly in either direction ;-)
Or confusing enemy submariners.....
Best wishes

Jim
If you can walk away from a landing, it's a good landing. If you use the airplane the next day, it's an outstanding landing

Okay. After spending the best part of half an hour waiting for Photobucket to get it's ar53 in gear, and nearly losing the will to live, plus the sound of my dad coughing the end of laryngitis up, I've decided to not put pictures up. I have a fairly new computer and it's got a recent windows on it but lately it takes all day to try and get pics on here. I'll see what else I can do but it would be easier to draw the model and send pics to all that wanted one, rather than post pics.
BTW, Zuikaku is done, complete with 5 Zero's, four Val's (I think) and four Kate's (I also think!!).

IJN Zuikaku, December 1941.
Not sure about the colours, instructions said light green so I went with Hum 78. Not a ship expert so trusted the kit makers on this one.

Just an update on the pointy end stuff earlier, she does have more of a point at the front (where you would expect to find it!), but from above it is not visible as the top's of the deck at each end are rounded.
