I have had a lousy day so how to end it, a last minute blitz.
Still have 5 hrs this side of the pond so let's see what we can do.
The PSC Loyd Carrier and 6 PDR AT gun in 1/72nd.
Parts layout. There are two full kits in the box with AT crew.
Of which I will build a gun

An excellent last minute blitz Phil and that has made up into a great looking 6 pounder. Wonder if the carrier will go together in time?
I could rustle up salami and cheese on toast but I've never heard of Dew, wot's that then guv'nor?

Concur with Shaun, a nice little model.
As for Dew - my guess would be a lemon/lime lemonade type drink say like Sprite or 7-up over here in UK?
Trying to Build kits and not Buy kits
Re: Last minute Blitz
Nice job Philip. And a great way to wrap things up.
Besting 60 years of mediocre building of average kits in the stand off scale

Re: Last minute Blitz
Well done. That must have been very satisfying.
But, if you drank Dr Pepper, you could probably have built a whole aircraft carrier overnight (not that I recommend that in any way!)

Re: Last minute Blitz
Thanks all.
Mountain Dew is the nectar of the Gods. An extremely sugar and caffeine full soda which is actually orange flavored though the color is more yellow/green.
The gun did go together pretty easy which is good as there are no instructions included on how to put it together, just a sprue shot.
And Dr. Pepper is also allowed in this household dwomby.

Re: Last minute Blitz
If you are going to talk about Mountain Dew, then you have to include Dale Earnhardt, Jr.

It's my model and I'll do what I want with it.
