Its not just how good your painting is, its how good the touch-ups are too.

Yep, a CASA but I'll probably do it in Spanish colours.

All the best.

There has been more progress on the mig 21 tonight. Last night I attached the undercarriage and tonight I broke it then repaired it. Attached the rest of the parts and did some painting. I'm nipping out for about an hour or so but will hopefully get some pictures on here later and maybe even get some decals on it.

All the best.

The undercart is still drying, as is the paint.

All the best.

From what I can see it all looks great Greg. Might I suggest you reduce the image size that your phone is defaulting too as they are a bit big in my browser.

I'll try but I'm just getting used to this new phone. I may have to delete the pictures and repost them from the laptop.
(I did it and it worked. Cheers for the heads up)

Cheers and all the best.

After a very quick decaling session (all eight of them) this is how the mig looks right now. Some painting on Friday evening should have the job done.

That's really good Greg - I'd like to build another of these someday.

More progress. With a little luck I will get this done tonight. I have added the wing tanks and pylons and done the first coat of green. Next is the second coat and silver to touch up.

All the best.

Greg.

I've just finished off the last coat of green and touched up the silver. Painted the wing tanks and I'm considering this one done. It's been an enjoyable build and a blast from the past. I've even used an airbrush for the first time in years. Over to the pictures.
