Thank you Sir. I have enjoyed this one, I think it was worth adding the pallets and chutes. I'll pop a couple of pics in the gallery in a moment but in the meantime....Old_Tonto wrote:Stunning build Marky. Well done young man.

Excellent modelling Mark, and you've got the pallet drop just right!
Best wishes
Jim
If you can walk away from a landing, it's a good landing. If you use the airplane the next day, it's an outstanding landing

Thanks Iggie!. I'm not sure if the parachutes are big enough but they are big compared to the pallets. Glad it looks right, I only had to fix one hook to get this sorted!.iggie wrote:Excellent modelling Mark, and you've got the pallet drop just right!

Without the pallets, it would have been just another boring grey aircraft, although an impressively big one and well built. With the cargo, the whole thing comes alive and turns into a great display piece. Keep up the good work.MarkyM607 wrote:I think it was worth adding the pallets and chutes.

Think you very much, it's nice to have had a good result that people like. I have to admit it made me smile and laugh in a delighted way when it was lined up. I found I enjoyed making the pallets immensely, more for the 'making something' aspect than the pallets themselves.rob_van_riel wrote:Without the pallets, it would have been just another boring grey aircraft, although an impressively big one and well built. That's the only reason I build anything at all. Yet another plastic airplane is pretty far down the list of things I need, but I just can't resist the kick of building themMarkyM607 wrote:I found I enjoyed making the pallets immensely, more for the 'making something' aspect than the pallets themselves.
