My first glance at progress in here. Terrific choice, Chuck, and looks great. I always thought the Harrow was ugly but your pics show a it had a long, lean greyhound looking shape. Rather elegant.

Looking good. I see Valom screwed the pooch when it came to the painting directions for the engines. The central gear casings should be black, not aluminum. Actually, a semi-gloss black, but a flat black lightly rubbed with a finger tip would do.

Aircraft has been gloss-coated and awaits decals. The hardest part of the build has been getting the landing gear fitted correctly.

Presumably Valom have provided their usually invisible locating holes and pins for the undercarriage struts......
That's really looking good!

I love those spindly U\C legs. Look like they should belong to a baby Giraffe trying to stand for the first time.
You are turning this one into a real stunner Chuck.

Check prop alignment from the side -- in the last photo above one seems tilted ??

Unfortunately, it's not the prop. It appears that the whole wing engine fairing on the right ring has a bit up angle. At this stage, I don't plan on doing the major work required to fix it.

Here's a couple of pics of the Harrow with it's bomber-transport stable-mate, Bristol Bombay. The picture setting is the airport module on my HO gauge railroad layout.

They do look good. I always thought the two were the same but that shows the differences well. Just have to find £40 or so to get one to go with my Bombay.

You know Hannants just got in the Sparrow as well. Think, you could have two completely different variants of the Harrow/Sparrow to go with your Bombay. :P
