REVELL 1/32 Junkers Ju88 A-1 Battle of Britain
iggie has kindly allowed me to do this kit even though it has been slight started at some point in the dim and distant past - well, the kit came out in 1988 so it was some time in the last 9 years or so.
A few parts have been glued together and some interior parts have had RLM66 applied, but this will probably be overpainted anyway. The kit has a large number of parts and with only a month to do it it will have to be a straight forward OOB build using one of the kit decal scheme for a Battle of Britain aircraft.
So, rather than sit here typing about it, I'd better go and do some!
Cheers
Al.

Don't forget this is a six week build! I don't want you rushing things after all!
Best wishes
Jim
If you can walk away from a landing, it's a good landing. If you use the airplane the next day, it's an outstanding landing

To hot for doing fiddly bits last night so I concentrated on wings and flaps and so on.
I jumps right forward to construction stages 61, 62 and 63 then back to 56 and 57.
Really enjoying this build so far - helping to get my mojo back enormously!
Engines to do next I thinks, then I will have to face up to the cockpit and all the fancy painting and decaling and weathering that that will entail

How am I supposed to follow your build when I tackle mine if you jump about all over the instructions?
Best wishes

Sorry, this build has stalled a bit due to the usual work/family reasons, but I do have the first week of August off work so I may be able to make a last minute dash for the finish line!

Excellent news! The GB is extended to 6th August so that should work nicely!
