Cheers Greg.
I will be attacking this on and off through the day as time allows. Got a few repairs and other stuff to do in the house though. Hopefully it will get finished in time.

All the best.

Wonderful work on the 180, Greg.
I feel like I'm experiencing déjà-vu when looking at your photos, remembering the Tri-Pacer I built on this forum. The sensitive masking and issues with the paint work. I've definitely been there before.
Your pulling it all together. We'll done!

Cheers. The tripacer is one I would like to build some time. Well. The decals are on. All that remains is another clearcoat but I am going to declare this finished. There are areas that could be improved upon. There are areas where I rushed and yes, the model could have been finished to a higher standard but as usual time got in the way but I was determined to finish as being the proposer and GBL it would have been a bit churlish of me not to finish my build.
Here are the pics. I was going to take this outside to photograph but it started raining.
Thanks for following and for the encouragement.

All the best.

Really nice Greg.

All you need is someone to pull the prop through.
You did a really fine job on her Greg. Despite the bump in the road on the masking which you have masterfully overcome that is one fine looking Cessna. It would look so good on my shelf.

I must be honest 48th is my bogie scale. If I am going to fubar a build it'll be in this scale.

All the best.

Despite your troubles with the paint and masking, it's finished up looking very smart. Nice one.

Wow what a beauty, Greg!

That complex masking really paid off! Those lines look very sharp indeed!

This one's very easy on the eyes!

Cheers folks.

I must admit that I enjoyed this build. There were quite a few sink marks to deal with and the rivets were a tad heavy and I wish I could have given it the time it deserved but thems the breaks. At first I was not keen on the box scheme but it sort of grew on me. I like the touch of the 'Civil Air Patrol'decals. This means it is suitable for a cold war theme I suppose.

All the best.
