Just letting you all know I deleted the post with the pictures due to their size. I don't know what happened but my phone must have 'thrown a Benny' with them. I will post an update pic as soon as I can.

All the best.

You're off to a great start, Greg! That white looks like it covers well. I'll have to keep an eye peeled for that brand. Finding a good white acrylic has been challenging since they did away with Polly Scale Reefer White.

Will be following with much interest,

Very nice Greg. Not far behind you. I did a lot of the filling before the fitting. How is the flooring to sidewall fit? I have a bit of a gap. Due to the door hinge gaps I will leave my doors partially open.

Looks to be a good fitting fuselage. Man I hate sink marks. That's nothing some fill and sanding won't fix. Just hate to see them so close to the rivets.

The floor wss a pig to line up but I am prepared to say it could have been more me than the kit. It left a gap in each side at the doors but it is even both sides now. I am getting rid of most of the rivets to be honest so losing them isn't an issue for me fortunately. Thanks for the kind words guys. It is much appreciated.

All the best.

Wow that's coming along well and it buttoned up nicely!

Those rivets really take me back. Seems they were all over most of the kits I built way back when.

More work on the 180 but not as much as I would have liked. I polished out and cleared one of the little windows as it had a glue mark on it. Then on went the filler.

All the best.

Ahh our old friend Putty Sand Repeat makes yet another appearance!

Looks like it'll buff out well for a smooth finish!

Some progress with the 180 tonight. I got some painting done aftrt a sanding session. The silver is on the fuselage. A couple of areas need more attention (already sanded, just need paint) then I am masking for the stripes which promises to be a tedious job. The wing and tailplane tops are painted too.

All the best.

That's looking really good Greg. I'm not sure about those door hinges though - I think they might be over scale :-D
