Thanks guys, main problem with the Maestro update set is, and I quote, "we assume that the dedicated builder know the look of his modelling object". Didn't they know I was buying it? :ha: Anyway think I have identified all the parts now and caused myself extra work

As I said , think I have identified all the resin parts now. Absolutely no mention of what they are on the instructions.

Image

The rectangular part is the Airfield Arrestor Hook fairing with the hook beside it, will come to the smaller parts later.

Image

This meant that the black area of the kit has to be removed

Image

One vigorous sanding session later.

Image

Fairing and hook in place

Image

This is the Danish style fin tip with extended RWR? fairing

Image

Kit part already in place so that's got to come off.

Image

New fin tip in place

Image

Back to those small parts. These are the Danish style wing tips with RWR bullets

Image

Kit wing tips have to come off

Image

New wing tips in place

All this would have been easier if I had identified the parts before construction

Cheers Auk, once you start researching it's amazing how different the Danish Drakens actually were.

Nice work so far. I didn't know Danish Drakens had so many extra bits and bobs.

Great stuff, Kit - it makes all the difference having the right lumps and bumps on ones Draken!
