Indeed!

Everything looks good with Red Stars. 8-)

This is as far as I can get for now as I am out at a funeral all day tomorrow so could I beg an extension so that I can add missiles?

Certainly an impressive beast despite its inaccuracies.

I should imagine we could sway that one.

Spent a pleasant evening painting all the dangley bits last night.

I plan to leave off the drop tanks as they are not always carried and they don't look anything like the real thing. :???:
The instructions tell me that the smaller R-33 (AA-9 Amos) missiles fit on small pylons on the underside of the fuselage but research tells me otherwise. (see I do some now & then. :lol:)
They should be semi-recessed into the belly of the beast so I've only painted one half of the missile and will attach it directly to the fuselage underneath. Good enough to fool the eye.
I have better examples of the R-40 (AA-6 Acrid) missiles but in the spirit of this GB I will use the kit supplied ones. Once those are on I will attach the few small pieces that remain on the sprue assuming I can identify them. :frown:

This will have to wait until after the Blitzbau which I plan to do tonight\tomorrow.

Either:
Apply glue to model and sprinkle unidentified parts on liberally, or;
apply glue to parts and sprinkle as above... :-D

Nice Hound of a dog you got there :razz:
