Romanus eunt domus

This is my build of the resin figure caricature of a roman soldier. I have no idea where or when I aquired this but it has been hanging around in my stash for years. Hee are acouple of pics.
I think I will name him Biggus Excretia.

A quick update on Biggus. I gave him the usual washin mild soapy water and a good rinse. Paint is Extracrylic and Vallejo. The mouth isn't finished yet and thee is more to do on the uniform.

Coming along nicely, although I can't help but wonder what happened to the poor chap to make him look so unhappy. There must be a story there :roll:

Not sure about his expression but judging by his bloated guts gas may be the problem. I am calling this finished. Not 100% happy with it but it was a good exercise in figure painting. I may come back to it later but I am not sure.
