Re: Sign-up and Chat
Jssel not a chance after the Z-142.
I'm a bit put off so I'll lay low for a while just doing little bits here and there learning how to spray that damn red paint!

Thanks. I have identified a small German bridgelayer type AFV thing to tackle, and have checked box contents out for completeness. Real life has caught up this week, and next is school half-term, so I will sort out the kit parts at weekend and do the pre-build admin, then I will wait until the week beginning 19th, and take two daytime type slots (around family life) to tackle the kit.jssel wrote:Welcome aboard Chris

Spent some time this morning attempting to add glamour shots of the Hurricane but Photoimage can not recognize the dimensions of the photo size. I size the photo prior clicking on the link to upload like I always top but I get the same message. Tried retaking the photos but still the same. Will try again later. I don't have the computer savvy to understand why it is doing this now after so many successes.
P.S. Just ran a test with a known working photo and got the same response. Think that Photoimage make have a burp in the system. Not to worry, I will try later.

I have the same problem increasingly often with Postimage; it shorts itself in the end but very frustrating!
Best wishes

Re: Sign-up and Chat
My plan to attempt my first blitz has been scuppered; as some will know from my workbench thread, my Father-in-law is not so good at present, and understandably this is causing a certain amount of upheaval in family arrangements. Work has also gone a bit bananas with design work so I'm stuffed that way too.....
Hopefully things will improve in both departments and allow me to join in towards the end of the month. I need to identify anothervictim candidate to build, as the Modellcollect V1 and launch ramp I was going to use has got built already!
Perhaps a Bandai Palm-size kit.....

The popularity of “Braille Scale” armor pieces has me thinking of an ArmourFast Stug IV as a second Blitz.

I am still on Plan A with the FROG Typhoon, as soon as I can open a hole on the calendar; may not be able to do two.
