Thank you David.

Well she is on her legs and resting. Preparing to gloss coat. Will be using Future.

It will be interesting to see if the contrast between the black gets stronger or weaker when you add the gloss coat.

Thank you guys.

So we are glossed and decals applied. Hobbycraft decals, and I don't know who makes them, are quite nice. They stick where you place them and while strong, won't take to much handling. The decals come in layers. National insignia, therefore, is in three layers. One problem is that I used Future that is not entirely cured. But all went pretty well. Now I have to let things set up a bit before flat coat and final detailing.

The contrast is rather bright under gloss. We will see after it gets dulled down.

Lessee. Ten hours in. Maybe a couple more to go. I neglected to mention that this was intended to be a 24 hour straight build.

Looks like it's going to come together well before the 24 hours is up!

Well done that’s looking great, once the Matt coat is on the contrast should get reduced.

Well gents, I am calling this one finished. It had some interesting challenges but nothing that difficult. Thank you all for standing by and offering encouragement.

Some techniques I have never tried in a Blitz before and overall I am pleased. Glamour shots tomorrow. Now where is my Glenlivet.

Very nice, indeed. A blitz model to be proud of as it shines in the display.
