Low parts count, check. Simple colour scheme, check. OK then, here's what I'll be building.

Good choice, Tim. The only success I have ever had at a blitzbau was back in Feb 2013 with an original 1970's blister pack Red Arrows Gnat. To save more time I built it gear up and mounted it on the supplied stand - the first time I've built a model aeroplane in that configuration since the 70's!

One hour in and the interior, intakes and various other parts have been painted.

Most of the parts do have some flash on them but I suppose that's to be expected.

Two hours in and the fuselage has been closed up and the wings added.

Next up my favourite bit, filling and sanding. Not too much though.

Well that don't look to bad. I mean I have seen worse . Nice progress.

Check that the pilots and seats will fit under the canopy, I believe some trimming may be required.

Thanks for the tip James, I have just checked and they look OK. Not much progress to show (I've been distracted by the Winter Olympics) but the first round of PSR has been done, just a few more bits to sort out before I get to the painting.

Looking good, Tim and seeing this really takes me back to my blitz of the kit. At least this boxing is not in the awful red plastic that mine was in!

Looks good! Certainly a better blitz choice than the new tool....
