I have a bottle of stuff from modelmates range. I have a series of bottles of their products oil, sand, mud etc. which are all water soluable. There are umpteen firms with ranges of this stuff, but that Modelmates range, is just one that I seem to have managed to get to work for me.
Cheers I will keep an eye out for that.
My work bench is starting to look like Portsmouth Naval Dockyard.

Well done, Chris, you beat that thing into submission very nicely. As to the markings, I'm not sure enough to make a recommendation or to identify whether that symbol is indeed for a DAK formation. I recall reading that a lot of these '251/7 pioneer vehicles served in Russia and I don't think I've ever seen one in photos of the North African campaign.
Doing - Tamiya 1/35th Universal Carrier.
