As far as the instructions go the rigging is done but I will add just a couple of more lines to the yardarm which controls the angle .

Final assembly is adding the oars and pike. I will work on some detailing of the wood also.

Postimage is also having it's afternoon siesta. But it is still working.

I'm going to call this one done. First time with a kit like this and I have a lot to learn. The rigging didn't turn out like it should and not sure why. I cut the line, ran it through bees wax, set with a candle and when I shot the dull coat it still had fuzzies I did not see. Would welcome any thoughts or ideas from sailing ship builders.

All and all it was one of the smoothest models I have ever build and a good scale for comparison.

I will dig mine out and refresh myself on what I did with the rigging etc. but from memory I think I only did what you have shown here.

I will come back and comment further once I have done that. But generally I just run thread through beeswax. No candles or lit flames ...

I just run it through the beeswax block, then through my fingers to get the excess off.
I do rigging last and never try to spray varnish over top.

Pleasing result, congrats on that build !

Excellent result, Jeff and that is a charmer of a build. I think I would have approached the rigging the same way I rig aircraft by using stretched sprue - might have been tough to simulate any knots though!

That looks like a great little build. Nice that it's 1:72 scale; opens up all sorts of diorama possibilities......
