Super effort Beany, sorry I missed it. Very ambitious taking on such a big subject for a blitz but I am very impressed with your spray painting.

Great subject choice too.

Impressive amount of working done. A better fitting kit and you might have made it. Hope you get it finished shortly.

Excellent effort Beany. Shame it didn't quite come off but it looks pretty darn good for 24 hours work. 8-)

What a nice corsair...great pilot face what detail...mine are just blobs of paint haha

Thanks Michael - I just got lucky with this one. I initially painted the face and hands with Tamiya XF-15 Flesh, and later when I was painting his jacket in Leather Brown, I dabbed the brush on a tissue to get most of the paint off and then dabbed it on his face - that's literally all I did!

Great job Al. Shame you couldn't finish in time but you got a lot further than I would've done with a 1/32 kit in 24 hours.
