Super effort Beany, sorry I missed it. Very ambitious taking on such a big subject for a blitz but I am very impressed with your spray painting.

Thanks Michael - I just got lucky with this one. I initially painted the face and hands with Tamiya XF-15 Flesh, and later when I was painting his jacket in Leather Brown, I dabbed the brush on a tissue to get most of the paint off and then dabbed it on his face - that's literally all I did!Michael modeller 48 wrote:What a nice corsair...great pilot face what detail...mine are just blobs of paint haha

Great job Al. Shame you couldn't finish in time but you got a lot further than I would've done with a 1/32 kit in 24 hours.
