This is a single-type GB of the Hawker Hunter - any kit, any scale, any variant, any markings. Derivatives and unbuilt projects are allowed as long as they have provenance. What-if's are ok too as long as there is precedent in real life re air forces that planned / looked into purchasing Hunters.

This GB started from threads here.

The GB runs from February 1st to March 18th; your GBL is Gregers who will fill in any other info.

Although I'm sure I signed up for this one, I have a operation planned for the 31st January, will probably be out of it for a few days at least so I'll try and fit this one in when things improve. (If all goes to plan with the Op).

I’m in with a MisterCraft Hunter, I think it’s based on the old Frog kit.

I am of course in with a Matchbox Hunter T7. 79sqn RAF Brawdy.
If I can get my paws on an Airfix MK9 there may be another build too. That will be a chpp and change job.

All the best.

I've just realised all my Hunter models may be started, unless I've still got the legend that is the Matchbox T.7/F.6!!

Not sure about that, Splash. I think I read it's the ZTS Plastyk original mould. Paul will know.

You could be right, for a cheap kit it looks OK.

The Plastyk kit is not related to the Frog kit in any way.

Is it possible to join in with a Revell 1/72 F.6? Just had some paint slapped on some interior bits that are still on the sprues
