Nice work on that notorious nose!
I converted the Matchbox kit, too, but was lucky to have the Aeroclub nose correction, though there is equally as much work transplanting that!

Cheers,

Cheers for the cudos guys. Next job is some primer and final sanding. Pics to follow when that is done.

All the best

A quick update and an apology. I have had a busy week and had no time spare for model making and very little to go on the forum. Seeing as I planned on going to the Huddersfield show but now can't go I did abit on the Hunter. I gave it a coat of grey and filled the last few blemishes. Sanded them and a last filler and sanding session and that's that for the fuselage. Wings are under way and when they are done I will sort the cockpit interior and assemble it.

All the best

Greg

Here's the promised update.
Airframe finished. Am scrubbing the idea of pylons just to get it finished. Some minor toushing up and some paint on the canopy then undercarriage, pitot and decals to follow.
Also have been tinkering with anorher Hunter project whilst waiting for glue to dry. Pics below.

All the best.

Looking good, and I remember attempting that biz-jet conversion many many moons ago.

I have had that conversion for many years. Can't remember exactly but I either got it from someone on thr forum or at a model show. Either wau it was second hand and missing the fin. That's why I had to cut the fin from the Airfix Hunter.
Not sure who manufactured it. I will look at the instructions later and let you know.

All the best.

The instructions for the Huntsman say it is a 'spot on' production. Dated 2001.

Am bringing this one in just under the wire. Hunter T7. RAF Brawdy , South Wales circa 1979-80.
I admit I rushed this at the end, and it shows. But though it will probably never grace a didplay table it is one less in the stash.
Many thanks for following this build and for the encouragement. The Huntsman will be finidhed. Probsbly in my workbench thread.

All the best.

Greg.
