Sometimes it seems OOB only exists when you physically take the kit 'Out Of the Box'!!

I think you’re right, I looked at fitting a metal bang seat but it’s to tall, this could be why the kits seat is so stumpy.

I’m also tempted to paint it all over dark grey as a Fleet Air Arm bird.

They have moulded the two halves so that you can see right through the intake and see out the other side so it needed some card to stop that ( bang goes my OOB)

The simple design of this kit means construction is quick and surprising the part fit isn’t that bad.

The intakes need a bit more work so when the primer sets I will break out the miliput.

Although not my favourite kit of the Hunter that looks very smart. A FRADU jobbie?

The nose looks much improved but appear to be some nasty sink mark of the leading edge of the wings.

I think it’s a panel line they have put on top of a sink mark  it makes it look like a slotted leading edge slats

Time to break out more filler.

Good work, the wing join is much neater than the old Airfix one.

Is this based on the 70s Frog kit?

This kit is from ZTS Plastyk's original mould. It's not related to either of Frog's Hunter moulds.

I placed the kit parts against a Frog version and can confirm they are not the same, similar but not identical.
