If you look at the subject on this forum I did reply to you on the 11th of November and you did not reply.
I am sorry we have had a bad experience and would be happy to send you to books which are a bargin tomorrow if you so wish,

As soon as you made the comment today I put a call into my service provider (IT) desk.

For what it's worth, I agree fully with Fred's point regarding using a public forum to make contact with a customer; it's not a reliable method as it is not guaranteed that the intended recipient will actually even look. It strikes me as being less than professional to say the least.

I am afraid to say if you do not withdraw that last line I will take action tomorrow.
This is a simple system glich for which as the shop owner I have apologised.
There is no need to go over the top with name calling.
There has been no bad behaviour by me here, a written slander is actionable.
Here is hoping for a better day for both of us tomorrow.
