New Types Park Hendon

Post by ollieholmes »

This is all i can find on this kit maker but its another one to the list:
New Types Park (Hendon) was the Farnboro of the 30's where new a/c displayed a new types number eg Spitfire prototype wore No2.. This was the name chosen by my son Simon, then in his teens, as the name for a little venture he started. He did the patterns etc and used my equipment. Simon did the Lincock, Fiat CR20, Flying Flea, Firefly (Belgian) biplane and Flycatcher and Felixstowe Vac. All but the Lincock appeared under the Aeroclub label after Simon joined the RAF and he's now a licenced Aero engineer in the Antipodes.
Copied from a post on Britmodeller by John Adams himself.

Ive only ever seen in person the Flying Flea (which is tiny) and the Felixstowe vacform. Has anyone else got photos of any of these kits or more infomation?
