Lincoln/Kader

Does anyone have a list of all Lincoln kits which was later issued by Kader? Also Glencoe in the US reissued some Lincoln kits too.
I was only aware Lincoln because I have a Glencoe re-boxing of their Bristol Sycamore but got more interested when I saw a couple of their other kits at SMW and the Kader boxing of the Gnat that Paul bought. There is not a lot on the internet about them (almost zilch in fact). I finally found a posting of one of their catalogues though here:

Evidently Lincoln International were a New Zealand based toy company in the 60's & 70's whose products (the kits at least) were produced in Hong Kong*. As well as the aircraft kits I've listed below they produced some Gerry Anderson Thunderbirds kits that required some basic clicking together.
* I need to check this fact, I'm sure I saw it somewhere.

101 (Lockhee) Starfire

104 (EE) Canberra - 1/96
105 Douglas DC7
106 Bristol Britannia - 1/166

2004 Thunderbird IV

The aircraft kits were re-released by Kader ( a Hong Kong based firm who now make model trains ) in same size boxes. I guess it's possible they did had produced the kits for Lincoln originally as this is their business. Does anyone know if they have appeared in other guises?
Not a CBK manufacturer but at least part of the Commonwealth and produced some interesting kits.
