Which was an exercise in advance hair pulling and left me a cross-eyed dribbling wreck John removing most of the panel lines did not make getting everything place very easy.

Re: Tom builds a Shackleton
Thanks very much Pete
Today I've had to have a go at scratchbuilding aerial arrays as my kit had these fragile items in various states of dis-repair.
These are the cheek antenna's, one needed 3 new aerials and the other just the one:
I've also fitted the transparencies, wingtip tanks and replacement spine aerials from brass rod after the kit ones pinged off during sanding.
More photo's soon because it is so near finishing
Regards
Tom

Re: Tom builds a Shackleton
Right then I'm calling this one finished for now, there are one or two tiny things to address before November but they aren't dealbreakers
This is officially the largest kit I've ever completed, I won't say built because that honor goes to my Nimrod which is the next monster on the bench.
Regards
Tom
