As you said int he other thread, it's a pre 1980 boxing then that's fine. some collectors go for certain periods. I have one in the stash someplace. one of those I bought on a whim many years ago at Telford.

All the best.

Greg
Well that's the thing Greg. I traced the vintage of the kit to 1980.

I wonder if this will cause gnashing of teeth with kit collectors?

That it should. Looking forward to watching the build.
In the original post in small talk I think we agreed that it was 1980 or before so that Heinkel 51 gets in under the wire. Looking forward to watching that one too.

All the best.

I think I will simplify choices -- any real FROG kit will be pre-1980.
I have some real old ones and some SAP so this could be fun.

Yesterday I found deep in my stash, in the wrong storage boxes, not one, but two Airfix Fieseler Storch kits in polybags.
They might be contenders

Would you mind an Airfix PBY with the cloudy clear bits and rivets into this?

The calendar is clear from September to the New Year so any of those months would be ideal.

I hsd looked at the calendar and my thought was September. In time for Telford if there are any that will fit in with SIG builds. with breathing space for DNF's.

All the best.
