Desert Storm GB ** Complete and Archived ***
I know Stuart (Sir T) and I have raised this before but I think we should do a 25th anniversary of Desert Storm GB. Desert Storm was 17 January 1991 – 28 February. So I think we should do this Feb 1 to Feb 28 but first, we need to see if we have enough players.
I propose it be anything used in Desert Storm in its markings from that campaign - armour, figures, ships/boats or aircraft. Any scale and protagonist.
If there's enough interest in a GB, I'll offer to take a shot at being Group Build leader for it (I hope I know what I am doing and you'll all be as kind and helpful as usual).
I would probably do a UK air arm aircraft in 1/72 but haven't decided what. Any other takers here, please? Can we get enough response so that we can then do a poll on it?
Thanks
David

Re: Desert Storm GB - anybody prepared to sign up?
Yep, I'm in with an RAF Jaguar or Buccaneer.......or even a Tonka
Best wishes
Jim
If you can walk away from a landing, it's a good landing. If you use the airplane the next day, it's an outstanding landing

Unfortunately I can't commit to anything more at the moment until I know where I stand with my small medical issue. Sorry.

We're still short of the number we need to ask John to put this on the calendar.
