I think I'm going to go with the Revell USS Montrose in 1/375 scale
Best wishes

My first thought was to do the Jeep and Bedford from this Gift Set

Then I thought, go big or go home, dived deeper in the stash and retrieved these two

Tamiya will be the easier build, but I'm kind of leaning toward the Italeri.

I'm still in but torn between building an Airfix Jetstream (if it's official Wiff scheme is allowed!) or F.27! Again these would be valid for SMW2017 too...

Good one, but not quite forgotten -- Splash did one for the CBK SMW 2013 display that I believe reappeared at the CBK 2015 SMW display.

Waiting to see yours also !

I did indeed build one, because it was one of the first kits I recall building as a young lad back in 1961  my big brother conned me into spending my pocket money in Woolworth's to build it for his three rail HO/OO train set.

It's a nice little kit that only needs the addition of glass and a centre windscreen strut to bring it up to date.

Regards Splash

BTW, I will open up the forum for this toward the end of this week, so participants -- both indicated and newly attracted -- should start gathering their kits and supplies.

I'll be doing an old Revell C-130 as an RAF Hercules.
