Still in, OT.
Based on a painting I did a while back, either a Scammell in civvies or a tram.....or both (depending on whether my loft regurgitates the tram kit or not!)

Just a quick stupid question.

Are locomotives classed as cargo haulers if they don't have any thing to pull?

In resin there is the Commander's Models 1/700 kit and I think there is another by them in 1/350 - check E-bay.
In card there is one, I forget scale, by Bryan Tan, rocketmantan.deviantart.com, that comes with a dock facility.

Didn't Gordon Lightfoot have a song about the wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald?
I'm still in. Lots of choices big or small but I think I've narrowed it down to two. I'll dig them out and show you.

I would say yes Splash. A C-130 Hercules is still a transport even when empty. Do you have a subject in mind?

I was contemplating one of these.

You get two in the box and several build options.

I have one or two contenders for this.

1.Airbus A400M
2.McDonnell Douglas C-17 Globemaster III
3.Transall C.160
4.Douglas C-47
5.Lockheed C-141 Starlifter

Splash, I could ship you a couple Airfix goods or cattle wagons - a little anachronistic but they'd add class :)

Nice selection. I have the Revell C-160 in 1:72 scale which I bought assuming it would be smaller than a Hercules. WRONG!
