God he's come up with an idea for 2018 already  :ha:

That would be great Darryl - I'll be building something jet related also.

As I've hinted in your WW thread Stuart, I am tempted to come out of GB retirement for this one. The main issue I have with GB participation is the time restraints, I'm too slow a builder for 4 or 6 week time frames but 12 weeks sounds much more like it! 1/48th would be my preferred scale for this and I have WW II or Cold War to choose from.

Looks like this could be a goer then - Shall it give it a bump towards the end of the year say and we can pencil it in then?

Why not, that will give prospective participants time to sort out their schedules to fit the GB in - me for instance, as I am Mr Disorganised at best  :ha: . This is an anniversary build that is well worth doing IMHO.

Well if John's happy to pencil it into the 2018 calendar now - I suggest we start on the 1st April 2018 and run for 12 weeks (not sure what that date is yet).

I'm more than happy to be GBL - Any victims..volunteers with a buring wish to be assistant?

Cheers

Stuart

I can place this on the draft calendar for 1 April - 30 June.
That's 13 weeks running Sunday, 1 April to Saturday, 30 June.
Let me know if that is what you are considering.
