Any 1/32 scale

edit: Changed to all 1/32 kits!

If it'd open it up to more interest, then I'd be happy with that (tbh I guess we could just have an Automotive GB open to all).jRatz wrote:I'd like to see if we could open that up to "any" of the old 1/32 kits -- I have Airfix, Matchbox, Gowland/Revell, Europe Models, others, but most interesting to me right now are the Pyro Vintage Brass series clamoring for attention.

John did say just that James.JamesPerrin wrote:Could we at least restrict it to 1/32?

I can see where you are coming from David, but it does depend on your point of view - I've seen some insane prices on the old kits and if you want to build something out of the ordinary then that'll be a problem I agree. However for someone who's not built any of them (like me) then it should be easy to pick up something at a reasonable price. Airfix redboxed quite a few recently.lancfan wrote:The problem with this is that so few of them are available. The kits I would most like to build cannot be found anywhere at reasonable cost, take the Ford Capri for example the tools were butchered to make a custom car and it will never appear ever again, I have just spotted a 1971 bagged Bond Bug at KIngkit- with a £100 price tag and the tool does seem to exist so this could be produced if Airfix could be bothered.
