2018 GB/SB FAQ

The 2018 version of the GB/SB Guidelines has been posted, as well as the 2018 GB/SB Calendar and the Index of GBs through 2017.
I have reviewed comments and suggestions specifically provided as well as general remarks made during the past year. These seem to focus on: longer GBs, intervals between similar GBs, open-ended GBs, and use of started kits.
The 2018 Guidelines are very much like the 2017 Guidelines with some re-arrangement for emphasis and clarity. I have clarified the wording so the GBL understands their role in requesting exceptions to Guidelines, for example GB length or started kits. However, guidelines on intervals between similar GBs are un-changed and open-ended GBs are not considered.
