I built a matchbox one years ago, if I can find a cheap MB or Frog one, I'd have a go at it.

Outside of the fact I should be banned forever from group builds, I'd be in for a Matchbox single kit Swordfish build.

Brews,

Really? I guess I just assumed the Matchbox was better. I have a Frogspawn somewhere in a Czech box. I'll have to dig it out and take a look.

The FROG was unique in having both the option for floats and folding wings.
The Airfix new tool is alleged to have those self-same features.

I have the old Airfix but the riggings scares the ba-jeepers out of me.

I suppose I'll join in, if only to demonstrate rigging again. I have an old Airfix to park next to my M'box.
It may not be a single kit GB, but it's certainly got the makings of a CBK GB!

I think this would make a great SKGB - great idea Bruce! oh, and, yes, I'd be up for it.

OK. How about we make this a SAMI/CP feature? We can all pick different schemes; I'll need basic build reports, particularly areas where you've added extra detail or made significant corrections; some nice in progress shots; and some beauty shots at the end.

I've got 3 FROG, 2 Matchbox, and 1 Airfix -- not to mention 2 Tamiya's ...

Is this a Swordfish CBK GB, or are we doing one for an SKGB ?

I'm in for 7, July is OK, although I may be semi-visible for the 1st week due to visiting granddaughter ....

I'm in with a RCN 'fish. I think July should work.

So are we doing any CBK 'fish or just Frog 'fish?

If given a choice, I'm for the FROG kit. I did that for the 100 Gems and didn't quite get the floats right -- I'd like to have another go at it, hopefully to get the floats right .... and be able to keep it for my own display ...

I saw the revell one is cheap, is that a repop of the frog kit, or the matchbox?
