Valom B45 Tornado

Post by Gregers »

I have been waiting for this kit since I first heard about it. It is to Valoms usual crisp high standard and looks great in the plastic. Nice detail and PE and resin parts too. And a sheet of film for the instrument panels too. The surface hss a slightly rough texture but a quick polish with your medium of choice will soon sort that and as usual with Valom there are no locating pins. The engraving is fine and there is a wing spar to ensure correct dihedral and add strength. Enough of my banging on. Here ae the pics.

All the best.

Greg

That it does, and when you consider the only alternative in 1/72 injection moulding !!!

All the best.

I've built this, or 90% built this, from the old Mach 2 kit. Looks great when done! I just hope the undercarriage is strong enough, as it wasn't on the Mach 2! Good luck, and I look forward to seeing what it looks like completed.
