An excellent review of this exciting new kit, Iggie. The F-4 is an old favourite of mine and I can't see that I won't get round to buying one of these. Two are already being built on the forum and the kit is not perfect but then again, which one is? Certainly this is light years away from the old tool kit, which requires a lot of work to knock into shape, fun in a masochistic classic kit build way but not if you want a decent U.S. Phantom out of the box (there was no British option with the oldie). Adam Tooby has done an excellent job of depicting 007 straining at the leash aboard, I presume, Ark Royal!
Doing - Tamiya 1/35th Universal Carrier.

Work is the curse of the modelling classes!

A chap in Scotland has produced and is selling a set of intake ramps with the vents and inserts for the rear vents
He's selling the sets in 2s ie parts for two aircraft
cost, in the UK is £8 plus £2 postage
http://aerocraftmodels.bigcartel.com/;
I've placed an order
Just bringing this to your attention
Al speling misteaks aer all mi own werk..
Its not just how good your painting is, its how good the touch-ups are too.
