Revell 1/72 Focke Wulf TL Jager "Flitzer"

Post by wbk666 »

This kit comes in the usual Revell end opening box with the usual colourful details and artwork
Image

It comes as two softish, grey plastic sprues and the detail is the fine engraved type.
No pilot but the cockpit seems reasonable detailed complete with seatbelt molded into the seat
There is also detail in the wheel wells that are even boxed it.

The canopy is a one piece affair so you'll have to get creative is you want to pose it open.

Decals seem good and comprehensive apart from the swastika but we've come to expect that.

As a kit that retails around the £5-99 mark i think it looks like a nice kit and can't wait to get started on it.

It is a lovely kit with no vices & you can just make up a colour scheme.

Looks good and yet so ugly all at once!

Revell Germany put out some very nice kits for a very cheap price.

Yep!
Neat little kit - I did one for a Luft-46 Whiffery GB a little while back. it's supposed to be coming in to land.
(The added antenna, and radar bulge, in front of the booms came from an Airfix Mossie)
And as OT says - the added bonus of a lot of leeway on the paint scheme.
