1/48th F5A Freedom Fighter.

Post by Gregers »

Just a heads up and admittedly blatant plug (as I work for the company that has had these produced). There is a new 48th scale F5A with an official release at Telford SMW this weekend with a price tag of £15.99. I haven't got any pics to upload yet as my camera batteries are dead but I have just pieced one together and it's not a bad kit at all, it comes in a very sturdy open top tray type box and has an access ladder, three fuel tanks, tip tanks and positional rudder, ailerons and nose wheel, nice side wall and instrument panel detail as well as detailed U/C bays and airbrake interiors. I'll post up a full appraisal soon.

All the best.

Greg

That looks very nice Fred.

No plans as yet. Not sure what will follow this up but I have made a couple of suggestions. Can't say what they are yet though.

All the best.

They were very good and there has been a steady flow since then. Today I shipped one to Canada, I've sent them all over the place including two to Singapore recently and Australia, Belgium (at least three) and other places as well as quite a few in the UK.

All the best.

Hi Greg, is this the kit one of the forum members was working on a few years back?
