I have been a 'guest' here for a while, and I like what I see!
I am interested in all models 'odd', and that is where I have got my moniker from:-
Hopefully the pic will show, it is one of my favourite aircraft, the AD Sparrow scout from WW1. It was my first scratch build, and I loved doing it as it was so weird. It was in 1/48th, and the only aftermarket were the engine, transfers and wheels
I do vacforms (sometimes, but in the past did plenty), a few scratch builds, but love doing things somewhat left-field, and small. My favourite subject is WW1, either aircraft or ships, but do have a tank in the stash too.
I was first introduced to kit building in Aden, in 1964 (ish), when Santa gave me a Fokker Friendship. I was so impatient to get it built, I stuck it together with sellotape. I called it initiative in later life.
