"Someday, I'll make a plane that flies just like a bird"

Post by TheReluctantWarrior »

Greetings to you all.

Since I have gotten back into modelling after quite a long time(started at age six) and am currently working on my first Airfix kit, I figured I'd join and learn a few things about proper scale modelling.

(The topic quote is from the 1942 film "The First Of The Few.")
"Once we were airborne, the aircraft began to slip along as if on skates with an immediate impression of effortless performance. Here, I thought to myself, is a real lady." - Jeffrey Quill

Welcome. I'm sure you'll learn a lot here, as I have. Hope to see some builds soon.
