Cheers all!
My actual name is Bogdan, and I hail from Sibiu, Romania.
I was an avid scale model builder since my teens, but then took a break.
Since last year, I have re-started this hobby of mine, and have quite some models under my belt.
I am aware that there is room for improvement, but I'm quite glad with what I've done so far.
Will post some pics with what I've built so far, to get some feedback (otherwise how would I improve myself, right? ).
So, thanks for having me in this most awesome forum!
Catch you later

Re: Greetings from Romania
Hello,
Thank you!
Well, mostly I like 1:32 scale tanks and army trucks.
However, I do enjoy from time to time a 1:72 plane (mostly WWII, and some WWI) and AFVs.
But, I think I got a bit too accustomed with the large playground offered by the the larger scale of 1:32, and while working at my Revell 1:72 Sherman found myself frustrated that I don't have enough space to play with weathering and such.
Nevertheless, I try to blend them (one big guy, followed by a small guy would be the ideal).
Have to build the whole damned stash before the woman of the house will allow me to buy others (huh... move in with your girlfriend and you'll have more freedom than with your parents... huh! good joke)
Thank you!

Don't worry, as well as modelling tips, you will learn from us veterans how to sneak kits in under the radar. The 'Trojan horse' of two kits in one box is a favourite. also the, "It was my Secet Santa gift at work, dearest!"

Re: Greetings from Romania
Welcome aboard ! 1/32 scale tanks and trucks sounds like many of the older kits, should be interesting.

It's my model and I'll do what I want with it.

Re: Greetings from Romania
Sorry, just noticed my mistake. It is 1:35, not 1:32. I do apologize, in my defense, I was in a meeting while writing that post, and the dear old brain went beddy-bye!
Again, sorry!
Again, sorry!
