Greetings from Akron, Ohio, USA!
Hi all,
My name is Eric Larson, am 58 years old, and have been building models since the age of 7 or 8. I build primarily aircraft although I've been known to do a 1/48 Tamiya armor kit from time to time for a change of pace. My interest runs the range from WWI to modern jets and helicopters which as you can imagine makes for a rather large and diverse stash. I prefer 1/48 scale for single and medium-sized multi-engine aircraft, and 1/72 for larger ones. I've also got a good stack of 1/32 Wingnut Wings kits but have only built one so far.
I'm also a semi-regular contributor to Airfix Model World magazine with my most recent article, on the Academy 1/48 F-4B, appearing in the September issue just out today. I'll post a few photos in the appropriate section.
I look forward to being part of this forum!
Cheers,
Eric

Hey Eric,
Welcome aboard and good to see you here.
A word of warning. Eric will try to infect everyone with his Wingnuts Wings disease. He is constantly trying to convert me, but I'm not falling for it.

LOL! One of these days you will succumb to the call of the Wingnut.
Oh, and thank you to all the others for your warm welcome.
Cheers,
