Avro Vulcan XH558

Post by iggie »

Just a little reminder that if you haven't had the chance to see her fly, 2015 will be your last EVER chance

She has just been confirmed (as ever subject to weather and tech issues) for RIAT 18th & 19th July :-D

RIAT are clearly not going to make the same mistake as last year!!

If you can walk away from a landing, it's a good landing. If you use the airplane the next day, it's an outstanding landing

" Per Ardua ad Astra" very applicable here. Wonderful pictures.

It'll need new engines if it's to fly again after 2015. The ones they have are out of life.

We shall see.

I'm sure it will have to stop at some time.
