HDR Aircraft Shots

Had a spare afternoon and tried a bit of HDR using Canon Digital Photo Professional.....

Excellent, those look gorgeous mate, but I have no idea what HDR is or what you've actually done here - care to explain?!

Actually, I have no idea either!
One of the 'tools' available with the software converts an ordinary shot into High Definition Resolution; I just play around with the settings until they look good (to me anyway).

HDR usual means High Dynamic Range, basically it means if you're in bright sunlight you can still see detail in the shadows.
