Aircrews with huge ones. Appears to be Spanish Air Force maybe.

You have to have huge ones to do that job! Water tanks, that is....

The opening shots look like they were taken at Peurta Pollensa in Majorca. I've holdiayed twice there but not managed to see any 415s operating out of the flying boat base. However, I have seen a few Coast Guard CASA 212 Aviocars and Pumas flying about over the town
