Lovely selection Paul, thanks for sharing.

Great shots as usual Paul. I like the Apache. The weathering looks like it was done with Ocean Grey. The rest look air show perfect in appearance.

Cheers, guys.
No kidding, Jeff - I think you'd have to use a lot of staining techniques to get a model to look like that Apache...! The UH-1Y had just returned from Afghanistan, and while the aircraft was only a year old, it was well worn inside. The T-6B looked to be a brand new airframe though, and the AH-1Z (not pictured because I didn't get a full shot - d'oh! ) was only delivered to the unit this month! As I told the pilot, it still had that 'new car smell'...

Nice! That A-10, if it is from Davis Monthan belongs to the 355th Fighter Wing. Apparently the 3 squadrons assigned to the 355 have different coloured fin flashes but I cannot see them in this photo. Means it could belong to the 354th, 357th and 358th Fighter Squadron.
Mind you the fact that it is missing these flashes and there is no DM on the fin means this could belong to a training or other auxiliary squadron.
