The War Bird Museum in Titusville Florida

After leaving Cape Kennedy yesterday I stumbled upon this warbird museum. We spend close to 2 hours looking through the museum and the three hangers. What a blast! Here's what they had

Are you going to Pensacola??

The Thud was flown in after service in the original Gulf war. It is scheduled for restoration sometime in the future.

Thanks for the great pictures Dirk. Are these aircraft taken out for display during the day and then returned inside after close of business or am I missing something?

All the aircraft are in three different hangers which makes it difficult to get full on shots so I took the outdoor shots from the museum list.

Ah, that explains it. I was imagining a mad rush to get the planes out before opening time.
