After my visit to the SA Aviation museum I travelled 2 minutes down the road to view the City Of Adelaide clipper ship which has recent arrived from Scotland and is in the process of being restored which will be a long process

As you will see from my photos she is looking a bit tired but she will soon be moved to a slip way 500 metres down the river where the hard work will begin.

Tremendous photos of a wonderful old vessel. It was a tremendous exercise in Logistics getting her out here from the UK but certainly worthwhile..................I must admit, the changeover at our last Federal Election had me worried, as it seemed Mr Abbott wasn't going to honour the ALP's commitments to getting her out here. Sanity prevailed.
