Having collected every set of Airfix small figures, and got a selection of each set painted and based suitably for display; I am now trying to amass all the different figures that were issued with kits. I have a lot of them as you can see from the photograph, and am keen to hear from anyone who has or knows of any I need to find please. (I am ignoring pilot figures from planes)

Image

In no specific order, I have:

Bloodhound - but... I know I am missing some poses from this set.

RAF Air sea rescue launch
RN Vosper
LCVP Higgins Boat
RAF Airfield Emergency set
RAF Refuelling set
RAF Recovery set
Opel blitz
SdKfz Armoured car
Kubelwagon
25lb gun and Quad
LCM3 and Sherman
LCWM Higgins Boat
Bofors Gun and truck
Lysander Plane (the spy with suitcase getting onto it)
Golden Hind

If anyone has, or knows of any I am missing, I would be grateful to hear from you. Thanks.

There's the Air Hostess from the Heron kit not on your list. And I can't promis on this but I may have one spare. If I do (and it will take some finding) you can have it.

All the best

Greg

There are also figures included in the Bristol Freighter Type 170 IIRC; I'll have a shufty in the box later if I get a moment

Thank you all for the advice and information so far. Any more anyone knows of, please chime in.

The prospect of a trolley dolly sounds interesting, I shall have to search out plane instructions etc and find out more

That list Ratch, was what I was kind of thinking they might have had, but I hadn't previously found, probably as I had never ventured into that section of their site!!

Iggie, presume a Bristol Freighter is a plane? I am not what can be described as "up" on aircraft at all..

I now at least have a few more specific kits, to try to find people with, to cajole the figures from.

I have a small number of German infantry that came with a couple of old Famo and 88 kits I have, plus a couple of driver figures I don't think I will ever use as well. They are smeared in gun metal paint and have affair amount of flash but you want 'em you can have 'em.

I think the very, very, very old DC3 had a paratrooper jumping out of the rear door.

The early issue of the Seaking had a diver with fins in a seated pose.

Was there not a dogs sled set with the Discovery?
