Are there any instructions on this site about how to make a vac form machine?

No, though I did post this a few years ago:

Basically you need a wooden box with some small holes in the top, a big hole in the side for a vacuum cleaner and a frame that fits easily over the top of the box that will hold you plastic sheet while you put it under the grill. I have been meaning to build one myself for some time as I have stalled Hiller UH-12 project that needs a new bubble canopy.

If you just need to make small parts or a standard canopy 'crash moulding' is usually good enough.
